Run1.onl is a fan-made website that embeds or links to games and resources that are available publicly on the internet. We do not claim ownership over the games themselves and we are committed to responding to valid copyright complaints.
Upon receiving a proper DMCA notification, we will investigate the claim and, when appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
How to Submit a DMCA Notice
To submit a DMCA notification, please send an email using the contact information on our contact page and include the following information:
- Your full name and contact details (email address is sufficient, but you may also add postal address or telephone number).
- A clear description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on Run1.onl where the allegedly infringing material appears.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
- An electronic or physical signature (for example, typing your full name at the end of the email may be considered an electronic signature).
Processing Your Request
After we receive a complete DMCA notice, we will:
- Review the information provided to verify the complaint.
- Remove or disable access to the content that is reasonably alleged to be infringing, if the notice is valid.
- Optionally, inform users or other parties affected that the content has been removed.
Good Faith and Misuse
Please note that submitting false or misleading DMCA notifications may have legal consequences. Only use this process if you genuinely believe that your copyrighted work is being used without authorization.
